Kris has been a consultant across the commercial, voluntary, charity and public sectors in the United Kingdom and the United States for nearly 12 years. She has provided specialist services in outcomes-based research and programme evaluation, organisational and leadership development, supporting and facilitating change, strategic and development planning and training. Kris has specific experience in working with Senior Staff, Boards and Executive Committees, particularly in the areas of improving organisational performance, developing programmes and practices, and planning strategic and operational actions. Her particular interests are in the fields of youth development, education, restorative community justice and regeneration. |
Kris’ experience in the commercial and non profit sectors – with qualifications in business, education, leadership and change – provides a unique perspective that joins up enterprise and voluntary action from the academic and practical points of view.
Kris is a highly qualified researcher, skilled group facilitator, trained conflict mediator and experienced strategic manager. She has extensive experience with experiential approaches to facilitate learning – including Appreciative Enquiry, Future Search and Open Space Technology.
Her facilitation and mediation skills combined with an analytical mind and wide ranging experience allow her to engage individuals and organisations in on-going learning and continuous improvement.
